Lemon Essential Oil and its 15 uses

LEMON (Citrus limon) has many, many more uses than just 15, but for the sake of the blog length I’m mentioning some important ones here! This essential oil has antiseptic-like properties and contains compounds that have been studied for their effects on immune function. It may serve as an insect repellent and maybe beneficial for the skin. CAUTION: Citrus oils should NOT be applied to skin that will be exposed to direct sunlight or ultraviolet light within 72 hours. As always, no guarantees of results unless it’s a ‘therapeutic grade essential oil’ — and as everyone here knows I only swear by Young Living Essential oils form Utah, USA :)!
